I was approached by my client to re-design their existing website for a scrap metal recycling service. While keeping their existing logo and colours, I was tasked with improving the general look and layout of the website, while also improving the user experience and clarity of navigation. I improved the UX of the site by using consistent assets for buttons, improving visibility of text and adding a contact form so visitors can easily get in touch, regardless of which page they are on. With the help of some SEO improvements, the website saw over 20% more visitors and impressions over just the first month, and the design improvements made the website faster and more user-friendly. I then launched a Google Ad campaign to create more exposure and allow more targeting of trade customers in Hampshire and West Sussex.
